The Community Development Office

The Brady/McCulloch County Community Development Office is located one block south of the historic courthouse square in the "True Heart of Texas" at 101 East 1st Street in Brady. Our three-person staff manages the day-to-day tasks, monthly board meetings, and special event planning for the Brady Economic Development Corporation, the Brady/McCulloch County Chamber of Commerce and the McCulloch County Industrial Foundation. The McCulloch County Visitors Center is also located within our office.


The Brady EDC, Chamber of Commerce, MCIF, and Tourism&Convention Bureau have formed an alliance to create a comprehensive community development program and one-stop resource center for visitors and business partners alike. The group continually adds resources to their tool chest to assist businesses in opening, relocating or expanding in our area. However, assistance doesn't stop once the business comes to town. These groups stand ready to provide support throughout the many stages in the life of a business. Please contact us for comprehensive information on available incentives.
